    arrived from international flight in evening. Locked out in pouring rain - didn't stop to get an australian sim card and had no way to get help either. Not a good start. finally got to room, and no toilet paper or drinking water. incredibly poor service. will never stay there again.

    If I could give this 0 stars I would, what a joke this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to, the state of the mattress was absolutely astonishing, there is mould everywhere, no water in here at all, but there’s kettle and cups only water source is bathroom who drinks out of the bathroom!! There’s hair / pubes in the bed and on the floor, has a google tv but no tv remote or internet that works? How does that make sense. Stains on the curtains-ew stains on everything, bed frame broken so bad, suspicious marks on the bed frame, sink broken would not recommend one bit. I hope people read reviews before they come here

    The place is full of aboriginal kids screaming and throwing rocks. I think it is used as a homeless shelter. This is definitely not the place to spend a holiday.

    Omg!! DO NOT STAY HERE. we paid $284 for a 1 bedroom apartment and the state of the room is so old and disgusting!There are cob webs everywhere, the entrance to the front door is like a swamp infested with green ants. The main bedroom aircon is so loud you can not sleep in there and there were not even batteries in the remotes for the TV and Aircon. The toilet also leaks and when you sit on the toilet there is a massive water puddle at your feet.

    Worst place I've ever stayed!!! The first thing that hits you beyond reception is the smell, musky, damp, body odor, filth!!! Got to the room, no working plug sockets, no working air con, a puddle on the floor of rusty colored water, broken furniture, mold on the walls, cracked and missing tiles, and other peoples hair everywhere. Went to sleep as arrived late to be woken up by cockroaches in the bed and a small army of them climbing over my personal belongings in the room. I last 2 hours and had to go find alternative accommodation. You would need a bio suit to go in the pool and my travel partner was woken up the next day to one of the residents retching on the wall of the pool. This place needs to be shut down and bulldozed.
