    Spend extra and stay somewhere better

    Rundown park needs some TLC.Staff were lovely but that’s about it. Pool old and rundown and sharp on the bottom.Bed terribly uncomfortable and ended up needing two chiro appointments.Cabin had a big square piece of wood under bedside table for some reason.Cheap but will save up more for better accommodation next time.

    I booked a single cabin for one. Staff are nice. Cabin was not fit for human habitation although the bed was clean. Everything timber was rotting and everything metal was rusting. Obviously the whole cabin had been under water at some stage. The air con was a new very small box and while emitting cold air it didn't cool the room. Not fun sitting in a rotting and rusting room in summer sweltering. Won't be back. Neither will anyone I know. They need to spend some money on the place.

    In all of my travels, I have never experienced such rude and incompetent service. Rude is an understatement. They missed our booking and then tried to blame me when I could provide all of the confirmation details. The staff fought between themselves, when they eventually got us a room (not what I booked), I had to make the beds because the 'housekeepers had finished'. I didn't expect much in the room having looked at the photos, but photos don't let you smell it. Putrid, and worse than the photos. Rusted patio, broken timber. None of this was as bad as the manger though. We immediately booked elsewhere and wore the extra cost.

    Not what the photos portrayed..Booked in for 10+ nights and left after just one!Pros..Staff were kind and courteousBed was reasonably comfortableCons..Room was very smallKitchen tap constantly leaked above the worktop and drained onto the floor (not from the pen end) Not the responsibility of the caravan park but the bus service was few and far betweenThe nail in the coffin - the toilet & shower block was unsanitary. Mould inbetween the tiles and excrement left on a toilet seat - because others had left it this way and couldn't be bothered to clean up after themselves - was enough to make me leave after just one night!

    4 star hahaha, I wouldn't give it 1 star. I booked this on another site for 3 nights. We got there, saw a drug deal happening outside the cabin, the entrance to the cabin was dirty, got inside (slider was loose and not secure), looked around nothing like the photos, curtains and blinds dirty and mouldy, 2 burner cook top rusted out, wardrobe door wouldn't open, air con useless and noisy, furniture like something from the 4th hand shop, bugs, holes in walls.Just terrible, my asthma played up straight away from the dust and state of the unit, I couldn't breath. We didn't feel safe at all, so we packed the car and left. Cost me more money but I didn't care. Don't stay here if you want to sleep.!!!!!!!
