    Happy lucky go wish hotel ! Not !

    Cheap and not to cheerful ! Only positive statement is the bed was comfy ! Wifi didnt workTv didnt work General presentation below par Staff coort and not particularly helpful.Breakfast was dreadfull consisting of obvious reheated food from days ago and i think the chef had been sniffing recreational substances !!

    I would highly NOT recommend. First put us in a room with 2 single beds, changed our room after complaining, our new room the power point to the television didn't work and was given an extension cord. discovered we only had 1 towel and no wine glasses. Ironing board but no iron. Staff do not answer the phone all the time, so had to go up and down from the 9th floor when things that should have been there weren't.Only good thing, the beds were comfortable.

    What a dump. In fact one of the great memorable experiences for all the wrong reasons. If it wasn’t all so bad it would be funny. This place makes Faulty Towers look 5 star. Stayed one night and couldn’t believe that in 2024 a room could be presented dirty, a lot of items not working and run by such poor staff.I believe it is owned by a foreign company that has run down properties everywhere in Cairns and doesn’t care

    Dont stay, pictures are in no way like booking site. I was greeted with intoxicated locals saying "I wouldnt stay here" Booking was to be paid upon arrival, however debited all 4 nights in advance, i needed to seek balance to be credited and awaiting thatBooked on wotif but somehowe this went via expedia. My wotif booking was to pay upon arrival.No wonder this was about the only hotel available in Cairns

    This place should be delisted from all booking websites Booking.com u should be ashamed to have this place on your website. The place is absolutely disgusting. It’s also being used to house the homeless there is no mention of this on the website. I was fortunate to find alternate accommodation at short notice so checked 2 hours after checking in when I also discover the lack of hot water.
