    Won’t be back

    rating08 Jan 2026

Upon arrival to reception with my family- we all had 3 seperate units, I was greeted by a young friendly receptionist who told me that I was in apartment 40- the one that was ‘trashed’ by the previous guests and she was surprised that it was being used. Arriving in the unit- the team had the air conditioning and the fans on already to cool the place down which was greatly appreciated. The furniture is dated, there was dust on the tables and on the lounges and chairs. The lounge room had a 4.5m glass window/doors that lead onto a balcony- NO blinds, curtains- nothing. Being on the second level people can see in when the lights are on directly into the bedroom. I contacted reception- was told that they were out getting ‘cleaned’ and should be reinstalled within 24 hours. The free wifi was not connecting- contacted reception they asked if I had ‘turned it off and on again’- I thought I was going to turn into Maurice Moss. One of the workers came up within the hour and explained that I had to connect to apartment 39 and the wifi password was different also. He explained that he explicitly told the receptionist to pass this on, but she hadn’t.Tiles were missing in the bathroom in the shower, the edges were sharp and could easily cut someone- I notified reception and they had no knowledge of it.48 hours after staying at the apartment I was told by another receptionist this unit never came with blinds/curtains and that the owner had ordered them and they were going to be installed the following day. I asked for a discount due to the appalling circumstances- was offered $50 from the owner. The blinds were installed when I was away for the day, came back in the afternoon, Lo and behold, skid marks in the toilet adjacent to the laundry. This bathroom hadn’t been used by myself or anyone from my family. The pool and toys were lovely to use and have fun with the family. Just be mindful as there’s a ‘white strip’ where we all thought it was tiles- no it was where the tiles are missing on the bottom of the pool. Thankfully none of the adults or kids had any cuts. Finally, the dryer was full of lint and wouldn’t work until a worker came up and fixed it. Then, it would only work if it was on cooling. The location of the place is fantastic, right on the beachfront, close to restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. A short 10mim drive to Smithfield if you need any groceries. The ammenities are lacking- both BBQ’s near the pool were clean, but the one near the beach wasn’t working and the other would only have gas on the left side. I wouldn’t stay here again as it seems the management team aren’t taking care of the place properly, very sad as the place has a lot of potential. Also- if you have young children, older adults or anyone that struggles up flights of stairs- ask for a ground floor apartment.

Excellent beach side location and close to reasonably priced restaurants.

We were unable to get a ground floor unit, and our knees and hips suffered the 32 stairs up and down each day, to and from our unit. The unit hadn't been cleaned in some time as there was noticeable grey dust on all the flat surfaces. No excuse for this as the management had a long time between us booking and our arriving. We arrived after dark and the office was closed, and found our keys and instructions, however, the highlighted pathway to our doorway in the garage was done in yellow highlighter pen, and quite impossible to read in the car's overhead lighting. This highlighted pathway needs to be done in blue or pink on the map, so it can be seen in the dark using the car's internal lights. We weren't too impressed with the litter lying around in the gardens on the property, no excuse for this !!!The proximity to the beach was excellent, literally over the road from the street gate and there were huge Tropical Almond Trees shading the sand for bathing people to be protected from the sun.STINGER NETS -----------Stinger nets are installed on Nov 4th this year ('25) until May the following year.If you plan to go into the ocean water, it is advised to ALWAYS wear a STINGER SUIT, as the netting can't be guaranteed to stop every size stinger. The STINGERS ARE DEADLY !!Restaurants are all along the water side , about 30m from the resort.Great variety of foods and mostly reasonably priced. There is even an icecream bar open at night !!We are talking about returning one day......

    Beautiful location

A beautiful spot across from the beach .The apartment was quite comfortable with enough provided if you need to cook while on holiday.A couple of problems we encountered were dealt with swiftly by Nav .Just be aware that the internet is a bit sketchy if you are reliant on it to stream.A short walk to local restaurants.

Just had a 4 night stay, resort exceeded expectations.Beautiful resort, staff were so lovely accommodating us earlier than normal check in time due to our early flight in.Apartment was perfect, lovely furnishings and had everything you need.Had a lovely part view of the sea from our balcony. Great pool.Food and drink close by, everyone very friendly. The website photos do not do it justice, it was much nicer than we expected.

    Too Noisy

    rating19 Oct 2024

Trinity Beach is a beautiful beach, but that's where it ends. The people that come and stayed here yesterday were out of control. A large group came and took over the grassy bbq areas with all their booze and loud music and continued to party all day... why didn't management put a stop to this and get them to move down to the beach? We went to Trinity Beach for some rest and respite.. we did not get it. The night before there was also a large group who yelled and screamed until 2.30 am in the morning. So no rest for us.
