Location

The hotel is perfectly located to take in the best of Cairns. From here guests can stroll the length of the Esplanade, an area which has undergone a major re-development to include al-fresco dining, parklands, barbecue areas and the Cairns Lagoon. The pier and marina, Reef Casino, night markets and Cairns Central shopping centre are all within walking distance as are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and classic North Queensland pubs.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 313 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park.     Great Location Less sleep.

    Location is great but two edged sword. Close to the Esplanade pools and activities and restaurants, bars etc. All on your door step but ! If yr staying in either No.2 or No.3 building be prepared for the street noise as both these buildings have two main streets bordering them. Especially early morning i.e. street sweepers, rubbish collection, delivery etc. Secure a room in building No.1 or else. The studio room was clean, good bed, tv, kettle & ironing board. Ensuite okay with small balcony, nothing special. Ok for a couple of days though longer might be claustrophobic.     After a series of unexpected events we ended up at Mantra Trilogy and could not have been happier with the service and attention we received. Santiago on reception went out of his way to relieve the stress with which we arrived.     Great location, central located : near the night market , harbour and railway station, restaurants etc. Hotel has a nice pool, clean and spacious room with balcony. Staff are super friendly and solve our problems immediately upon arrival. For instance Ms Pam Min brought us a long cable Australian plugs when ours was broken.     Praise sandwich...Location is fantastic - near water, resturants and entertainment. Atmosphere - average. Room - average. The integrated cupboard door in front of fridge had a cabin hook screwed to the door in lieu of repairing the hinges and magnetic door catch as designed (low quality band aid solution). On the 5 day the room had not been serviced and needed to be requested (the humidity even with A/C was high). The All Accor internet site housekeeping policy states the rooms are serviced every 3 days. The bed sheets stunk, the overflowing rubbish bin stunk the mold in the bathroom was disgusting. I am a traveller for business and liesure and member of All Accor and am considering my liklihood of recommendation now...     Cairns mantra trilogy Main beef. They split the king in the master for the kids. Requested a car park on booking did not get. Room was not 100% clean with nails on the floor.
