Beautiful accommodation. Large, clean, well-equipped apartment. Huge balcony overlooking trees. Amazing huge resort pool. Good location. Friendly staff. Only let down was the mattresses were rather uncomfortable. Would certainly stay again.

Generous sized apartments that were clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. Plenty of balcony space. Convenient distance to IGA and a number of restaurants. The pool and BBQ area was great. Peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming and good value for money

What a charming little place with a lovely pool and communal BBQ area. Apartments were all clean and modern with a view of the pool and gardens. Felt very safe and well looked after - early morning drilling was a bit unnecessary but all was forgiven as the price was good. Ideally need a car to get around but a lovely Italian restaurant was within walking distance to the apartments.

Great location walking distance to the wildlife centre, large supermarket and beach. Short drive to town and main beaches.Pleasant accommodation and facilities - pool, gardens etc (look out for the Currawongs).What sets Nimrod apart is Leanne and Gus. We had some usual requests and some unusual requests (such as recovering a kid's beloved item taken away with the linen..) and they couldn't have been more helpful with everything.Really enjoyed our stay and wo uuld recommend highly.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome.The couple at the front desk could not have been more helpful and were really friendly. They marked on a map all the places of interest and close places to eat.Our unit was such a welcome surprise, large and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay.The beds were so comfortable .We had tables and chairs outside to relax and have a drink.The pool was great and easily accessible.It is a little way out of town so is lovely and quiet and only about 10 minutes from Port Douglas. Its a short walk to the beach.I have no negatives for our stay and if I ever return I shall stay here again.
