    I have stayed in many hotels across the world. This one ranks up there in in my top ten category. Even though it is a Pullman brand hotel within the Accor group, which brings great benefits, it has a boutique feel about it. The rooms are magnificent, spacious, and luxurious. Dining options are plentiful. Daily room maintenance is high quality with attention to detail. Accor Live Limitless status level benefits are recognised which is fantastic. I will be back.     Great location with great staff. The hotel is a short walk to the reef terminal as well as the esplanade (main drag) in Cairns. The staff at the hotel are helpful and attentive as well as friendly. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which was the perfect time before a long day going to the Reef or the Daintree rain forest or any other excursion from Cairnes. Only ding is the rooms could use a deep clean. All major areas were clean but some spots in less used part of the room (door slats, parts of closet, etc) needed to be deep cleaned. Would stay again.     We were stay in hotel and left our 2 phone chargers on power point on wall. Call them hotel after check out . But House keeping staff and front office staff keep telling itd missing.     Took advantage of their 30th birthday Pearl special. The room was on 7th floor with great views and so quiet. All the staff from booking, front desk, bag attendance and room attendances were so helpful and nothing was a trouble or innocence for them.
