    Location was okAtmosphere - very noisy with people coming & going & banging the entrance gate & walking up & down stairs. Room- dirty fans, outside area unclean, frypan not usable - Teflon was coming off it. Bathroom sink tap dripping, Power points next to bed hard to access, Value - advertised free courtesy bus to city - this was not available.Front access to reception is stairs & was difficult to get luggage to reception. Receptionist not happy as I kept asking questions & she then got up to show me where my room was?Needs training in good customer service. Will not stay there again. Will not recommend to anyone. Not value for money.

    Avoid at all costs. Late check in arrangement meant someone else took our key. Tried multiple numbers for the motel, no answer. Couldn’t stay on the street so took someone else’s and left them a note, figured they might be arriving in a 4am flight so left soon after that. Couldn’t sleep much anyway because we were in someone else’s room. After all this management response is ‘oh well, it’s all good - you had a room’.

    Older style place but spacious room, Clean, comfortable and good sized bath! Flexible late check-in was a godsend. Great central location, without traffic noise.

    We were a large group booking for a sporting tournament that they knew about for months, rooms not ready on arrival. Mould around windows, curtains covered in mould. Rooms smelt horrible. Sparse cutlery. Floors and surfaces sticky and in need of cleaning. Some refused to stay here and found other accommodation. Towels tired. 3 out of 4 washing machines out of service and we needed to wash uniforms daily. Rats running around the premises. One key only per room even though 3/4 per room. Never again!!
