    This one bedroom apartment is fantastic it has a balcony great bathroom has a kitchen lounge room it close to the cairns shopping centre it’s about 4 minutes walk it’s has 3 swimming pools it had fences at the front you are safe you have a key to one door the you have a keycard to open your room door the staff are amazing they sell beer water drinks snacks I would stay here again

    The Southern Cross Atrium Apartments are quite nice, with pleasant rooms and three pools. However, our experience was disappointing due to several issues. We stayed in Block 1 on the 2nd floor, right next to a tiling company. From about 6:00am until 5:00pm, their forklift operated non-stop, creating constant noise that really affected our stay. The internet was also very slow. On our last day, we accidentally broke a mug and were charged $5.50 for it, which felt unreasonable given the inconvenience we had already experienced with the noise. The location is decent, though it is about a 20-minute walk from the marina, which is a bit far. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again. Sorry..

    We had everything we needed very good shower . Washing machine & dryer in the apartment pool not warm enough for me even at 29° air temperature.Close to Cairns central shopping and railway stations

    Very impressed. Great room, great facilities. Clean. Lovely gardens. Three pools!! And spas. The reception staff are lovely. Great location. I cannot fault this place. No lifts though for those with mobility issues.

    Helpful friendly staff. We stayed in a studio with pool view. It was well equipped,clean and spacious. Although slightly dated and beds need an upgrade would be my only negative. Can't believe people moan about workman. Places need maintenance done and I'm ok with that as it was inly between 8am and 4pm. Most guest were out exploring then.Location was excellent. Big mall across road. Grounds were immaculate and pools clean and welcoming
