    Bad service, avoid booking

    Bad service, avoid booking, be prepared to be cancelled due to money gouging! They asked us to cancel a one night stay for 2 rooms that was already booked and paid months in advance because they wanted higher prices due to Easter. Quick to blame it on booking.com making the error when no communication had come from booking.com. Left with no option to cancel and book somewhere that cost a lot more due to being a month out from Easter.

    Really well laid out apartment .. 2 bedrooms , large kitchen / sitting room with a lovely outdoor seating area .1st bedroom - king side bed , 2nd room 2 single beds , very clean , well presented , large bathroom with big clean towels and a washing machine and tumble dryer , , well equipped kitchen . Really clean smell when you enter the building and apartment . Good value

    Cannot fault this place. Amazing friendly staff, clean tidy apartments, good value for money!! We have really enjoyed our stay and will stay here if we ever come to Cairns again. To the staff here you are all amazing!

    Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a verbal orientation to the complex with all the information I would need to know. Room had everything required for a stay - full kitchen with many accessories, full laundry. Even though I had one of the smaller rooms, it would have been more than adequate if I was travelling with another person.

    Our family loved this clean and comfortable apartment. The managers were always welcoming and went out of their way to help. The accommodation isn’t in the city centre, however this wasn't an issue for us, as it's a short bus ride away.We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.
