    Always comfy and clean. We received a high floor suite (we like the space of a separate lounge/dining/kitchenette room) overlooking Mort Street as requested when booking. Very well located in close proximity to cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. Plentiful FOC secure parking too under the hotel. One point to note though was the mini bar had been inconveniently removed, apparently a hotel wide policy since our last visit, something to do with "the environmental aspects of the mini bar fridge, whatever that means, though it was still in situ.

    In Canberra to spend time with family. Location was excellent. Whole experience from booking to checking out was amazing. Apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Free undercover parking was a big bonus for us. Thank you "Avenue", we had a wonderful stay.

    Great location, solid service, great bar and food. Beds could be a little to soft, however offers a great sleep. Pillow selection is good.

    The hotel as always was really nice and comfortable and the staff delightful. Unfortunately our visit was soured by the poor service at the restaurant which was a contrast to our previous visits. Hopefully this was just a glitch as the food is generally excellent.
