    We’ve stayed here a few times now. It does the job. Staff are obliging and helpful. Never an issue. Breakfast is good. Not big but enough. Dinner has always been great and quick service. Great value It gets busy as it’s been mentioned Groups of bus tours or children excursions. We had 2 different rooms this time . One basic the other deluxe. Yes. There was a difference. The price point should indicate the level of stay you will get. It’s Fine for us.

    The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but unfortunately was very tired. Old furnishings, old carpet and no curtains, only some pull down blinds which let the light in on all the edges. There was a big light right outside my room so not ideal

    Best and closest Motel to the public hospital. Clean and comfortable and easy to find. My experience with this hotel was wonderful. Erin went above and beyond to make my stay easy and safe.Will definitely stay again.

    Dodgy small town Motel at big town hotel prices.

    The central location is ideal for those who want a jumping-off point for north and south trips during your stay.The atmosphere is hampered by limited bar opening hours, and teams of school children residing at the property. The lack of parking is also problematic.We were "upgraded" from a std double room to a deluxe family room, but the cleanliness was very poor, and almost no pride was taken in making the rooms look decent. The telephone in the room was physically broken and just left in a pile. Dark stains on the curtains, bodily fluids in the bathroom, and it seems the room descriptions are fraudulent, with no sign of any room service, walk-in shower, free movies and our welcome drinks were difficult to get due to the bar opening times being almost random, and unpredictable.We had to traverse stairs up and down over the high driveway to get to/from our rooms which was aweful. The walls were paper thin, and the noise of the toilet next door like we were right there in the room with our neighbours. The bar fridge has not been defrosted in a long while with the freezer being all but inaccessible due to ice buildup, so we were forced to do this ourselves to make use of the fridge. Calls on the property to resolve problems made it feel like we were putting them out, and nothing got done. With the experience being akin to a dodgy motel or a pub stay, the value was very poor indeed. We felt well and truly ripped off.
