    Nice enough hotel but it's in desperate need of a reservation. Check-in was nice and quick with staff being friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but very dated. One of the biggest let downs was the tv does not allow casting or have any apps to login to. It might be a generational thing but I don't watch free to air tv so it was disappointing. Most hotels are clean and comfortable so I specifically look for hotels with a more useful TV.

    Stayed here for 1 night. Room was okay, a bit outdated, it has everything you need in a hotel and its quiet. Its clean, great location - short walk to Canberra Centre shopping, lots of restaurants around the hotel. Good value, public transport is right in front of the hotel. Did not use any of their amenities so can say much about it. Overall, good hotel, good value and great location.     The bed was comfortable but overall the room was poorly designed.     Dated, reasonable price and great location.

    Great location and friendly reception. Parking is close by and easy to find. The room was very dated, it was like stepping back to the late 90’s. The carpet was very stained, curtains were damaged, tv was small. Overall the room needs some updating.     Tired looking but ok. Most annoying part was lack of accessible parking. We booked an accessible room for my elderly in-laws. There is accessible parking but it is not policed or restricted so people without permits to take those spots. Thankfully we were able to drop them off and park offsite but had they driven themselves they would not have made it back from the offsite parking.
