    Very nice hotel with very kind staffs

    The hotel is in very convenient location and very clean. Also, food at the restaurant was very good. But most of all, the staffs very kind and attentive to customer needs. I forgot a necktie for a very important meeting and asked whether I can borrow one with the understanding that it will be a long shot and the reception staff (thank you Troy!) kindly lent me one!!! This was a life saver for me. This kind of extra mile support for customers is extremely appreciated and I think this is a prime example of customer satisfaction. I really like to recognize Troy’s kind help. I will keep coming back. Thank you Troy and QT hotel Canberra!

    No heat on in the room when I arrived at 9pm when the outside temperature was 9c. À la carte menu didn’t include a croissant or percolator coffee ..given that the hotel was advertising a vodka brunch it seems the focus was on the vibe not the basics

    Very conveniently located if you need to access the ANU, New Acton and Civic area. I booked the Bed and Breakfast Easter sale rate which included breakfast and a nightly $40 food and beverage credit which was great value. Parking seems to have increased to $35 a night but this is in keeping with other hotels in the area. Only downside was that service at the food and beverage outlets seemed to be rather slow despite the hotel not being particularly busy with guests.     From check in staff were attentive, friendly and very informative. I was able to check in early, an my room request was able to be accommodated. Rijesh and his team were always able to assist with things I had forgotten to bring i.e ear plugs for an event I was going to. The room I was in had been renovated since my last stay many years ago. Still a very vintage hotel, but that’s the best quirk!The ambiance of qt is always a delight to walk into. Breakfast has changed to à la carte, and if you’ve booked the package it is worth it’s value. Looking forward to my next stay already.
