Well equipped studio room with generous size, great water views and the extra soda bed. Located just a minutes walk from Vera Garden and Memorial Park. Reasonably priced, would recommend! Great accomodation. Free upgrade was great. The apartment had everything needed. Comfy bed and lounge.Fully equipped kitchen and great balcony with view of the park and the water. Will definitely book again. Checked in after hours and found a person overdosed in the foyer. Made our way to the room and found it very dated and weathered. Not a lot of room in bathroom, air conditioning didn’t reach the back bedroom. Green pool was unusable.Our friends room was renovated and nicer than ours.Don’t think I’d recommend this place. We’re also disappointed to hear that your room did not meet expectations. While some of our apartments have been renovated and others are in the process of being updated, all rooms should still provide a comfortable and well-maintained stay. Regarding the pool, we would like to clarify that the green appearance is due to the colour of the pool tiling rather than water quality. The pool is cleaned and chemically balanced daily in line with health and safety standards. We understand that the tile colour can sometimes give the impression that the water is green, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. We regret that your experience has left you feeling unable to recommend us. Your feedback is important and helps guide our improvements. Bad smell spoils the experience of a great location.

Great for a couple, as my son and I are not a couple I didn't enjoy sleeping on the sofa bed. The unit was clean and great location but had a bad odour like a drainage smell, I can't think of anything else good or bad. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very close to everything and clean and the bed was comfy.
