Hotel is great, staff are mostly welcoming but there is one or two that could really do with a holiday or a joke because a smile was never seen by me. Rooms are spacious and include everything you need (unless you need a dishwasher). This place is a go to all the time. I strongly recommend this to family and friends. It’s close to everywhere, shopping centres cafes and restaurants. Okay but not great!!

Location great but quality of hotel poor. We were on the fifth floor with a view of the bridge. Our tv didn't work so they fixed it the next day. Then because of the bad wifi quality it just kept disconnecting from the net! The walls are not very well around proofed - you can hear the neighbours. Unit was a nice size but decor very dated. I think the hotel in general needs an upgrade in the furnishings. Good value for money and parking a breeze in the "free" public car park. We went out for a nighttime stroll but the council obviously don't believe in maintenance as a lot of the street lights weren't working and most of the shops close early leaving not a lot open for a nighttime meal. My advice would probably pick something a bit newer but not always an option in The Entrance.
