    Great Value Budget Motel

    A well organized motel with friendly, helpful staff who presented us with a quiet, clean basic motel room that was of good size with everything in it working as it should. Plenty of car parking outside our room. A wonderful feature was the cooking room where you could prepare your own meals or use the supplied breakfast options (bread, milk and cereals) before departing in the morning. At this price point what more could you want? Recommended.

    The location was ideal and the atmosphere was relaxing and we couldn't hear any noise, the room was lovely. The . It was clean tidy and definitely value for money. Will not hesitate to stay there again. Service was perfect and while we didn't use the Amenities we will use next time.

    We were staying only one night so I just booked a standard double room. It was fresh, spotlessly clean and roomy. In fact, the whole complex looked fresh, like someone took care of it and took pride in their work. It was nice to have a couch to sit on in the room rather than have to sit on the end of the bed. There was an overhead rain shower and an adjustable, hand-held shower head. The shower doors did what they're supposed to do so we didn't end up with water all over the bathroom floor - hallelujah! The lady on reception was friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

    The hotel motel is conveniently situated along the boardwalk. Walkable to area attractions and food options for meals. The hotel is tired and could use some updating but the location does make up for that. Internet was not very good. Outdoor space is nice.

    AVOID THIS PLACE Manager is rude arrogant and condescending If you are looking for a nice holiday in the central coast do not go here very poor customer service this Peter person is in the wrong business I would never stay here again I was surprised that anyone would stay there at all
