    A Great Place to Stay in Mackay

    Convenient location. Friendly staff with lock box for late check-in and plenty of parking. Our room was spacious, modern and clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Tropical gardens surround a central pool with plenty of areas to sit around and relax. Reasonsably priced.

    Very good for one night road stop while traveling. Clean rooms with good sized parking for large vehicle, good working tv and AC , soft beds. Restaurant on site was licensed with a tasty meal for a good price. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating even though we did not arrive till 7pm at night.

    We stayed here with our pet as we headed further north. The staff are great, booking was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable. Location wise it’s an easy drive to town or the airport. There’s plenty of food options including onsite. An easy choice particularly if you are travelling with pets.

    Good overall accommadation wise. Furnishings and Bathroom facilities good also, separate wash basin outside of Toilet not ideal.Look felt again, good rather than great and ideal for an overnight stay. No interaction with staff although check in and out was great.One small note on the flight path for the Mackay airport, however noise dissipated around 9pm.

    Very disappointedI saw a review from 2022 and I see they still haven't changed with their cleaning, both doors to the room and bathroom, had grime all around the door handles bloody disgusting, very unsanitary, plus the door handle was broken. ( Yes the finger prints and gross marks come off, so no they were not stains, poor cleaning)The windows had not screens in them and they still some how didn't close properly.The bath tub and toilet still had hair from the previous guest, you can say we definitely didn't have a bath.Definitely not worth $122, waste of money.
