    Really great location, can't beat it. Good value considering all its advantages. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with nice linen. The AC is cold. Showers are hot and strong. The view is truly fantastic, you can taste the sea air. It's an older hotel with not much parking but in saying that I always got a park. Being able to walk to everything is so good. It's quiet in the rooms too. It's definitely the best you can get for the price. The reception lady is really nice too with a great smile.

    Great location, able to walk to shops restaurants and locations. Room was dated but not the worst. Hot Buffet breakfast was ok, you get what you pay for. It’s free and included in your stay. Times are tight but if that isn’t ok enjoy the restaurants along the esplanade. Only bad comment I had was the length of the curtains in our room did close all the way, still had privacy but still large gap that allows heaps of light in. Parking wasn’t an issue, few reviews that they were tight we had a 4WD and didn’t have any issues.Room was fitted with kitchenette and washing machine.

    Last minute stop in Yeppoon . Happy we could stay here . The rooms were clean and a stunning view . Comfy bed and a great central location. The included breakfast was nice and very welcome inclusion in the room rate l. Will definately stay again when passing by next time .

    Room with a view ( even from the 2nd floor), breakfast included , great location and helpful staff. Parking is first in first served which may be a problem when crowded. Whilst not a 5 star hotel ( 3.5 star i think) it is definitely a good place to stay while in Yeppoon.

    Walked in and out dirty room sliding door on balcony not opened or could open in room for 1 minute with no refund paid over $800 for 4 nights couldn't even stay for over a minute worst experience have ever encountered,Staff also very rude no help at allDisgusting DO NOT STAY
