    This is now the stop over place on our trips to FNQ.

    The rooms are all you need and the breakfast (cereal & toast, hot drinks and juice) is a bonus extra.Rusty, the manager, is friendly helpful and on top of that, is a lovely guy.It appears that nothing is too much and he will help you.What a great place to stay at!Very friendly and a great atmosphere.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT STAY!!

    Would not recommend booked 6 months prior and room is tiny. There was hair in the shower that was visible but not cleaned. There was hair on the “clean” beds. Beds are tiny im 5,4 and my ankles were over hanging the bed. No sound proofing. Can hear everything from outside and next door. DO NOT STAY!!

    Disappointment with Position of this Resort

    On arrival we met Kim, who was very friendly on arrival, we were very disappointed with the position of the resort, in the middle of a Residential Housing area, with no sea insight.We asked Kim, where the sea was, she said it was a ten minute drive, the accommodation was clean but not in our opinion 4 Star, which we were quoted from our Tour Operator.We explained to Kim, that the position and accommodation is not what we had expected or experienced in our 54 Days Travels of Australia, we politely left forfeiting our payment for this booking and out of pocket, we was fortunate to be able to book a 4 Star accommodation with Sea Views at additional cost..

    Great budget motel to stay at, and the friendly manager - Paul - was excellent. Yes, the rooms are smallish, but there is plenty of room around the garden/pool/breakfast room. And, the complimentary continental breakfast was a fantastic extra to wake up to. Would recommend to others looking for a budget stay in yeppoon.

    It's called a resort, it's not you can't rate 10-13 small rooms and a small pool as a resort. Our room was quite small, no toaster, no off street parking even though my booking conformation said on-site parking reservation not required. Not happy as the street is narrow and a bit dodgy looking. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the adjoining unit. Gardens are beautiful but we would not stay in the property again. It's rated 4.5 probably self rated, it's a stretch to be s 3.5.
