Warm and friendly welcome 🙏 who let us check in early. Nothing was too much trouble , room with a view and fantastic bathroom. I would highly recommend this accommodation

Clean and great value for money, especially with the free continental breakfast included! Definitely recommend this place. Book directly with them and it’s loads cheaper than the other booking sites. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Please read this and do not give these people your money. I booked a King Room with twin beds at this hotel when travelling with a work colleague. Despite, the booking confirmation, the booking.com advert and their website saying the room was available with twin beds, they took payment and tried to give us a room with a double bed. When I complained that we needed twin beds, they claimed the room I booked was for a double bed only and they refused to refund our money. After booking somewhere else for the night, I complained to Booking.com and my bank. They then proceeded to lie to both booking.com and ANZ, claiming I had fraudulently changed the booking document. It took almost three months for my bank to claw back the funds after investigating and finding out the booking was genuine and they were still advertising the same room both on booking.com and on their own website with twin rooms. Their management are some of the most dishonest, horrible people I have ever had to deal with.

The room was mostly good. Bed and pillows comfy. The toilet kept running which was annoying at night. The screen door on glass sliding door had holes in it. It world be better to put a lockable security door on it so you could get fresh air. The plug on the vanity didn't work so makes washing up a bit difficult. A wall clock would also be useful. A good place for a couple of nights.

Room wasn’t cleaned for the second night of my stay and smelt musty as hadn’t even been aired. Only explanation was no staff available to clean. Suppose that happens but pretty unacceptable for a so called 4-star ‘resort’ and to not even apologise or offer either to refund some of the charge for not providing the advertised service. Def won’t be staying here again and will advise my company so they remove it from their list of places for staff to stay.
