Very friendly and helpful staff checking in, good location to shops and services. Rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep.

We were in Mackay to visit family and found the Oaks to be very well located, close to the major Caneland shopping centre. Easy and inexpensive secure off street parking is available. The staff were fantastic and helped us with all our inquiries. Can't fault the experience.
