    Very clean (in fact, exceptionally clean), well-equipped and comfortable motel. We couldn’t get the promised Foxtel channel pictures (only the noise!), which was a bit disappointing. But we spent a comfortable night and found the staff very helpful and welcoming.

    Very helpful manager and extremely clean room. Lovely comfortable beds nd very quiet rooms. Nicer than other motels we have been in on our holidays so far. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend

    Lady manager excellent very efficient and helpfulBed was hard and we both had difficult nights sleep.Very clean and tidy definitely recommend as manager is excellent and told us great places to eat which were as her standard exceptionally good

    Booked in here tonight and can highly recommand it. The lady on reception is so helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We were given so much information about the area including places to eat and what restaurants etc deliver. The room is absolutely spotless and neat and no highway noise. I will definitely be staying here again.

    Rude manager, very defensive and not willing to take on constructive feedback. Rooms clean, very basic. Good location near highway, Armidalelovely town. Terrible shower hot/cold control on taps- safety issue
