    Excellent big room with microwave and toster ideal for breakfast. Great value and close to city centre. Very quite motel. If travelling through Armidale we'll be staying here.

    We stayed here for two nights. Highly recommended due to its central but quiet location, and its good value. The room was a good size, and the bathroom has been updated. I appreciated the larger shower with a rain showerhead.

    My husband and I just had 1 night at sandstock. The rooms were so clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were amazing, we had plenty of comfy pillows too. The shower was great, and the bathroom was so clean. Actually, the whole room was just perfect for us. We ordered cooked breakfast, and we were not disappointed. Parking was numbered to your room was an added bonus. The bowling club was straight across the road. I would recommend staying here the owners are very friendly and happy. We enjoyed our stay that we booked another night on our return journey.     Great place to stay in Armidale

    Reacquainted ourselves with this place after many years of not coming to Armidale. It was just as I remembered very very comfortable and very clean. The bowling club across the road was an ideal spot for evening meals. The shower was wonderful. The bed very comfortable. Strongly recommend to a stay.
