    DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are filthy, food, liquid, hair and blood on the walls, sheets and towels smelt dirty. We raised the issue with the manager who reluctantly moved us to another room that was just as bad but crawling with cockroaches. After 10 months my partner walked out with bites all over him. We returned the key and did NOT stay and have been refused a refund.

    Room not as advertised. Only serviced on request. No teatowels, Burnmarks on carpet. Scribble on door, no hangers . Double bed had no storage unless wanting to use kitchenette cupboard. Couldn't give 2 room keycards. Only one would work. Very disappointed

    The room was not like the pic they advertise .I had to ask them to come and clean the show when I got there. The sheets were stained and they did not look washed. The room stunk and look like it didn’t get cleaned. There was a group of us and not one person was happy with their room and how it was.

    The room was dirty, the pool was like pea soup. The common areas and even the car park was dirty. Had to stay there because it was pet friendly and last minute choice. Was noisey the whole night probably got about 3 hours sleep and was out of there early in the morning (4.30am) Aircon remote required new batteries and then was switched off by the neighbours infant kids outside. Would never go back and was well over priced for what you got. Bath room had mould all over the ceiling.

    Room had cochroaches and blood clearly visible on screen door, no air-conditioning due to no batteries in remote control, door would not lock, I request refund still waiting do yourself a favour DO NOT STAY HERE, worst motel I have ever stayed in, in 50 years. I then stayed at Best Western Motel Tamworth just up the road and the room was beautiful compared to this dump. Stay clear of Tamworth Central Motel.
