A lovely hotel, really nice accommodation, good size room.Great shower and water pressure.Good size desk for working.Plenty of parking.All staff really nice, friendly and helpful.

Best Hotel for attending RAAF March out

Staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival and couldn’t do enough to assist. The location is perfect for anyone going to the RAAF march out for a family member as it is the best hotel on the right side of the city also being close to the airport. The accommodation was extremely comfortable very well laid out and I would highly recommend

We stayed two nights here and were highly sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews, especially about the noise levels from the street.I am a very light sleeper but was pleasantly surprised how minimal the noise level was. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street; however due to the double glazed windows we hardly heard much traffic noise and I slept right through the night.The staff were all super friendly, polite and helpful; we even asked for an extension and they were only too happy to oblige.The buffet breakfast was plentiful- we paid $20 the day before to partake of the full buffet breakfast; otherwise we would have had to pay $25 on the day.We enjoyed their happy hours which was from 5.30-6.30. They had a good array of cocktails, beers and wines for the happy hour.Dinner at the Pinnacle Restaurant was delicious- food was beautifully presented; servings were generous and delicious and the service was prompt and friendly.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

I was recently at Pinnacles restaurant with a large group of friends. My husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff serving drinks and the meals were most pleasant, and efficient with their position. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a pleasant evening. Cheers R & L.

Exceptional service and very comfortable hotel

Could not give more than 5 stars but would. Arrived in Wagga from Temora at 3 in morning with health issue and after going to ED they let me check in early at 0700 and then receptionist offered to help me with finding available dentist as couldn’t get to see one in Temora for 1 week. New to area… exceptional service… rooms are very comfortable… easy to access the added care and compassion absolutely 5 stars plus. Especially when you are by yourself and unwell.
