    Sadly very disapointed for what you pay to stay and to be called a resort is far from it. Overpriced, aged decor, not comfortable bedding, TV reception was atrocious felt like we were back in the 90's. Can't use the pool after 5pm. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar or coffee pods anything more you ask for is charged. No daily room service to restock or give fresh linen (not very resort like).Although the only positive from our stay would be the cleaniness. Location is amazing just sadly felt over priced for what you get.

    The Bluff Resort felt very tired and rundown and in need of refurbishment. The pool was definitely not solar heated, it was freezing cold even after a week of very hot weather. The views were nice but the rooms were lacking and the bed was absolutely terrible. It was sagging and had zero support it was an unbearable few nights sleep. It is a big stretch to call this a resort. I cannot recommend and would definitely not return.

    We spent one night in one of the Ocean View apartments, and it was the highlight of our trip. The view from the room was spectacular, and the entire family loved it. The apartment is spacious, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living area with a balcony. It has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Parking is available, and the staff is very friendly. It's only an 8-10 minute drive to Victor Harbor city. I highly recommend taking a walk outside the apartment to enjoy the breathtaking views.

    This is not a resort but an apartment complex. We stayed 1 night enroute from Mt Gambier to the ferry to Kangaroo Island . The rooms are dark. Furnishings are very dated. I did not get a code until late afternoon and the office closes at 5 pm. They told me I could get it early as we were driving with very limited wifi. Once the office closes, that is it. There is a pool which looked most uninviting. Only open when the office is open which is not much. Our unit looked out over the harbor and that was quite nice. They kept telling us beforehand to book the restaurant or we could not get in. However, it was closed on the day we were staying here.... duh. noone realized that?

    Nicely located resort in Encounter Bay next to Victor Harbour. Nice amenities, pool, free guest laundry, covered parking and full kitchen. Our room had a great view of the bay. The suite is getting alittle tired and could use some maintainence. Outside deck was lovely but the floor needed sweep and a wash. The patio furniture was very uncomfortable, needs some cushions as sitting on wire not great.
