Modern and clean apartment
29 Aug 2026
Beautiful room, very modern and clean with everything you need. Parking is not allocated so you may not get a park next to your room although there is plenty of disability parking available for those who may need it near all rooms. Like many places there is no screen door to the verandah which would make it so much better to keep the door open in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful water views. Other than that I would stay again as the apartments are very well presented. Sarah D, Other at Majestic Oasis Apartments, responded to this review Hi KerrieLB1974,Thank you for your review! It was lovely to hear you enjoyed your apartment and found everything you needed for your stay. Thank you for your feedback regarding the lack of screen doors. We appreciate the suggestion and understand how this would be a nice addition during warmer weather. We look forward to welcoming you back to Majestic Oasis Apartments again soon. Take care and safe travels.Sarah DickinsonRooms Divisions ManagerMajestic Oasis Apartments

Very comfortable, centrally located
26 Jul 2026
We liked our comfortable upstairs large room at this hotel overlooking the water. Very quiet. We were able to park directly underneath. The motel is secured at night - important as there’s quite a bit of ‘anti-social activity’ around. Surprisingly, even though Port Augusta’s quite a big town, with big supermarkets nearby, dinner options are very limited - just a few Asian restaurants in the centre. We decided on takeaway. Sarah Dickinson, Other at Majestic Oasis Apartments, responded to this review Hi higvin,Thank you for your review. We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your spacious upstairs room and the peaceful waterfront outlook.. It's great to know that our overnight security gave you added peace of mind during your stay.We appreciate your comments about the dining options in Port Augusta. While the choice of restaurants can be limited, we're glad you were able to find a takeaway option that suited you.Thank you for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back the next time you're passing through Port Augusta. Take care and safe travels.Sarah DickinsonRooms Division ManagerMajestic Oasis Apartments

Excellent base for Port Augusta
25 Mar 2026
We were very impressed with these apartments. Great location on the waterfront, yet very close to all the shops and businesses of the city center. It’s right next to a Woolworths and a couple of blocks from Coles. There seemed to be ample parking right outside the rooms. Our apartment was bright and spacious with great waterfront views from the balcony. We had a nice little kitchenette and plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Wifi, TV and AC all worked very well. There was no street noise or road noise so we had a very peaceful sleep. Overall – a great stay and would highly recommend it to other travelers. Sarah Dickinson, Other at Majestic Oasis Apartments, responded to this review Hi Dan,Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you were impressed with the apartments and enjoyed our waterfront location, along with the convenience of having the shops and supermarkets close by. Stop over a night as many do

Mmmmm. The best poss of choices of accomodation at this spot. We went higher level room with nice view of the water and had the washer dryer small kitchenette.Dated but clean.Close to supermarket.Pool is small but we enjoyed it when it was quiet.A sad town in many ways lots of abandoned shops. Some preservation of old here and there. As travellers from ouf of Auss we arrived no pre knowledge learnt lots in a day stay walked a few kms around and realised quickly what the vibe is.Saw a person enter the motel area from the seafront trying to enter ground floor rooms around 5pm went to alert reception. They were going to review security footage?
