Mostly a great experience, hot rooms and fan in bedroom was quite low so that was uncomfortable for me personally, great cafe downstairs, lots of choice on menu, great pool, walk to pier and to most other locations, markets at the pier Mark J, General Manager at Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Could have been cleaner. Stupid bed with wooden legs stuck out badly bruised knee walking into it. Been going here with family for the last four years and it always looks like a building site. Time for new managers. No one seems to know what’s going on. Everything was OK, although the girl on reception was a little prickly. Once again, the pool area resembles a construction site, with tape everywhere.Hopefully there will be a time when we visit and the pool area resembles will be finished! ?????
