Location

Located in the centre of Surfers Paradise, this beach hotel is ideal for business travellers.

Facility

401 rooms and 3 suites are located on 36 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Old and dated, central to Surfers , limited height in parking.

    The bed, you could feel the springs ,we slept on the only blanket to give some relief, on the first night because nobody manned reception downstairs 5pm except for security, my wife slept on the spare pillows,Second night the bed was fitted with a mattress protector, but we still use the bedding for comfort with a spare sheet over top of us.On the Veranda, you could feel spray coming from the top levels. It was actually the air-conditioner drains coming over the top floors because the drains were blocked overhead and it was running through mildew and pigeon poo, which you could smell.I was told all the units are privately owned and some of my concerns were reported weeks ago to body corporate

    Hotel sujo e com fezes e piolho de pombo. Tinha um ninho de pombos na varanda, que além de sujar toda a varanda ainda trouxe piolho de pombos pra dentro do quarto e mordendo a gente. Nunca, nunca se hóspede nesse local, é nojento lá. Paguei mais de 200 dólares na diária pra um lugar imundo e porco. The hotel was filthy and full of pigeon droppings and lice. There was a pigeon's nest on the balcony, which not only soiled the entire balcony but also brought pigeon lice into the room, biting us. Never, ever stay at this place, it's disgusting. I paid over $200 a night for a filthy and disgusting place.

    Was nice up to when they started to renovate next door.

    One bedroom ocean view apartment was great nice & clean staff were great, one major problem was in the next unit on the 11th floor some person was using a jack hammer to renovate from 8 am until it seems they stopped in the late afternoon after I complained & played the noise to the front office staff who wholly agreed that it was a major problem, the noise was terrible, one day of rest lost.

    We stayed two nights at ‘Beachcomer’ in a 1 bedroom apartment. -2410. The view was absolutely stunning and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was brilliant soft/hard as were the lounge chairs (can’t say that about every apartment we have stayed in) Beachcomers is close to Woolworths supermarket and there are a number of good cafes within easy walking distance. The only issue we had was the internet to the tv wasn’t working during our stay, which was incredibly frustrating. Staff were outstanding.

    My gosh..just stay 1 night had a terrible experience. My room smell full of curry and make me feel sick for rest of whole day. Can’t imagine to stay here for other 4 days (27.12.2025-1.1.2026).Totally not clean and got point i found a used of cocain bag in my living area.So obviously they don’t clean the room after people check out
