Location

This resort is located in Coolangatta, right on the beach.

Facility

English- and German-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. WiFi (no extra charge) comes as standard in the rooms. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace.     Fantastic accommodation. Perfectly located in Kirra, and short walks to Coolangatta, Greenmount and Snapper rocks. Pro tip: Do yourself a favour and have a refreshing drink at each surf club between Kirra and Rainbow to ensure you stay hydrated.

    I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent - perfectly situated and very convenient. It’s also quiet, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.     Water pressure in room was pathetic. Room could accommodate 6. Only 1 shower could be used at a time or 1 would have a trickle and no hot water. Same if you turned on hot water in kitchen.
