  Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish.Despite sending our arrival details twice for an 8pm check-in, we were given zero instructions for after-hours arrival. Reception was unattended, the intercom went unanswered, and we were left standing there until my husband finally managed to get someone on the phone.Then came the freezing cold room during the Gold Coast cold snap. The hotel only provided thin blankets, so we ended up sleeping under bath towels just to stay warm. We requested extra blankets the next day and, unsurprisingly, nobody brought them. After another freezing night, security managed to find us a couple of sheets — the only staff member who actually tried to help.Checkout was just as embarrassing. The receptionist sat on her phone with earphones in, barely acknowledged us, took the key, and went straight back to scrolling.Terrible service, terrible communication, and zero care for guests. Read the reviews and believe them. I’m sure an automated AI response will appear under this shortly like every other complaint.

  I never expected an Accor advertised property would be this bad.I actually checked out earlier than planned due to bad smell in the lounge area, the worn out sofa in the lounge smell like someone had urinated on it. The cleanliness in the apartment left a lot to be desired. Please see attached the photos.We were assigned a parking space 1801, went to basement 3, only to find out it was already occupied, the receptionist seemed clueless, assigned another parking slot,1403 which was taken up by someone else as soon as we went out the next day, then another parking slot 1303 was assigned, but I was not confident if we should have someone else's parking spot.....Broken latch on the bathroom window wouldn't allow closing it, had to use a hanger to stop it from opening wide open....This property is certainly not up to accor standards I have experienced in other places. There is no hotel service at all, no one to contact after 5pm.

  Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Everything that you need was in here. Great views from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay here.

  If you want to stay somewhere close to the shops, restaurants and public transport and a clean bed, this would suit you. The reception staff are lovely, however the reception is only open between 9-5pm. Maintenance does not work at weekends so problems can't be fixed.We stayed on the 7th Floor and the noise from the trams, cars and street was loud but the air conditioner in the bedroom was even louder! We chose this apartment for the kitchen facilities so it was not good when the microwave or oven didn't work and because it was the weekend maintenance wasn't available. The inside of the kettle was black and you couldn't clean it so don't know what happened there! It wouldn't have bothered me that the apartment was old but working appliances would be helpful. The staff seem very young and inexperienced. Such a shame!

  We checked in on a Saturday afternoon and went up to the room on the 16th. floor which was very nice and clean. The first thing that I noticed was that there was no table in the living area where you could have your meals but there was one with chairs on the balcony which was very nice but not much good if it was windy and raining which it was on one night that we were staying in the apartment. The bedroom were nice and roomy the main one having an ensuite with a shower and toilet and there was a bathroom for the other bedroom which also contained a washing machine and dryer. I checked out the crockery and pots and pans and glassware as we were staying for 7 nights and were intending to cook for ourselves. There was only two pots and a frypan but the pots needed to be fixed as the handles were very lose which is dangerous. There was enough teabags for a couple of days so we brought our own when we did the shopping.. You only get one set of towels each but you can asked for fresh towels if you go to reception I choice to wash our but had to ask at reception for washing powder. I think that if you are staying for seven night then they need to have the sheets changed after three days as it was very hot and humid overnight and also very noisy if you slept with the window open for fresh air. The reception is not opened at the weekend so may sure that if you want anything that you get it during business hours Monday to Friday. There is a car park and a lift up to the apartments. The BBQ area is very nice and we did use this a few times to cook our meat. It is an easy walk to the Woolworths and Clubs at Broadbeach also you can walk to Pacific Fair. These apartments need a bit of maintenance to bring them up to the standard that they should be for what they are charging.
