    Attached is a email I sent to them, they are not willing to reimburse anything so now I will be leaving this review anywhere I can.Dear Management of Mantra Chevron Towers, we are currently staying in your hotel, upon arrival I noticed that the bathrooms and floor has not been cleaned in some time, especially the main bathroom shower, we also had no hand soap in the ensuite which again showed that the room had not been cleaned. I do own a cleaning business myself so I know what is involved. There was no welcome book or even any biscuits that cheap hotels leave for you, no salt & pepper or anything that would be handy to have. We made a booking for 2 adults and 3 children, we open the door to the kids bedroom and there was only 2 single beds, we had to search for a fold out bed (which you can feel all the springs on). We weren’t aware that one of the beds wouldn’t be a proper bed especially for the price, and the main bed also being very uncomfortable & making my back problems worse. The next morning I told reception, also asked for more pillows as there wasn’t enough for 5 people & they said that they would bring up mattress toppers as well as pillows. I also tried to use the iron yesterday, I didn’t think to look under it & it has left brown marks on my clothes as it is burnt underneath. We went out to the theme parks, got back late. We found that no one had dropped off what was promised so again, I went to reception as we were heading out. We came back to find One mattress topper and 2 pillows on the floor near the door! Today is day 3 and it is the first time that someone has came around while we were out and possibly put clean sheets on the beds, I say this as 2 of the beds have disgusting sheets on them with brown stains. Nothing else was done at all, not even filling ip the coffee/hot chocolate. We paid over $1,400 to stay here for 7 days. I would like some reimbursement as this room in it’s state is not worth it, I haven’t even used the blankets because I’m worried about how long it has been since they have been washed. All these issues as well as not getting offered money back as the spa and pool is out of order. I will attach some pictures for reference. Thankyou, Rhiannon Brown

    This accommodation is in a great location for families. There is a shopping complex next door which makes it easy to replenish groceries. It is also within a 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave and the Beach which is great without being in the midst of the chaos. A few things to consider.. the traffic noise is incredibly high. We stayed on floor 11 and the amount of horns/sirens all night long was high. The property itself was a bit aged with broken appliances and paint having been teared off the wall. We also didn’t receive a towel for our infant, which doesn’t sound too bad, until you realise that you don’t get new towels throughout your stay- you must wash the ones you have. It was super easy to collect the keys (from a location different to where you’re staying), but finding the location of the property was incredibly difficult. Turns out, I was supposed to have received a text message with clear instructions. This didn’t come through until I called to query the wifi (around 7pm the night we checked in). The pool was excellent and kept the kids entertained for hours. We don’t regret staying here. It served its purpose fine. Would we stay again? Probably not.

    Great location, reception staffs are friendly, but terrible sanitation and hygiene, i have never been to a hotel room with that many cockroaches and tiny flies, kill a few and still see a few daily....Stayed two weeks for work, had two cleaning service but still some dead ones on floor not clean up.     Chevron Towers getting tired

    After having multiple stays at this resort over the years it is showing signs of needing some upgrades and refurbs, two bedroom unit we had certainly does not sleep 6. Kitchen facilities are quite ordinary and do not allow room for groceries or food storage.Overall the room itself really needed a good clean and the resort itself could really do with some care & maintenance.     We had a 3 bedroom apartment. So spacious and great views. Really surprises with how nice it was. Only issue is parking you are not guaranteed a space and it can be hard to get a place. Be mindful of this.
