Located in Broadbeach, the hub of the Gold Coast, and just a short stroll from the beach, the resort offers discerning guests a holiday lifestyle that embodies the best of Gold Coast living. The centre of Surfers Paradise is around 3 km from the aparthotel and the shops of Pacific Fair are roughly 500 m away, as are the beach, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Star Gold Coast Casino. The city of Brisbane is 70 km away and the Wet'n'Wild Water Park is approximately 30 km away. Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport is roughly 25 km from the aparthotel.

Facility

71 apartments are located on 21 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a playroom, a car hire service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. The sport and leisure options offer guests plenty of ways to be active. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.

    Address : 25 Surf Parade, Broadbeach, Gold Coast.We stayed at Ocean Pacific Resort for five days and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or advertised standard.We arrived late in the evening, and at first glance the room appeared tidy. However, in daylight the condition of the apartment was disappointing.Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues:The kitchen contained dirty dishes, cups, and cutlery on arrival. This is unacceptable for a property marketed as 4.5 stars.The dishwasher was faulty (the upper shelf would not close properly).We saw cockroaches in the kitchen at night.Pillowcases appeared unclean and may not have been changed.Amenities & Supplies:Only one small dishwashing liquid sachet and one dishwasher powder were provided for three adults over five days.Minimal toiletries were supplied (2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash).Only one small carton of milk was provided on arrival.Laundry supplies were also very limited (2 sachets total).Housekeeping:Rooms are only serviced for stays of 8 days or more. For our 5-day stay, no cleaning was provided, leaving the room dusty.General Condition:Furniture is worn, stained, and outdated.The room was cold at night despite using the air conditioning.The shower design was inconvenient (no proper door, slippery tiles, weak water pressure).Overall Experience:By the end of the stay, it felt like we were expected to clean and maintain the apartment ourselves, rather than being treated as guests. The tone of the property’s policies also felt overly strict and unwelcoming.Conclusion:Given the price and advertised standard, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this property to those seeking a comfortable and well-serviced hospitality experience.

    We stayed four nights in a two bedroom ocean view apartment with amazing views of the ocean from our room.The apartment was light and bright, fully renovated with tasteful decor. The kitchen area was well equipped and having a washing machine was an added bonus. The King bed was comfy with ceiling fans and aircon all throughout the apartment.The pool was a good size and well maintained.In a great location with Pacific Fair, Buses and Light rail and the Casino very close by we would definitely stay here again.NB: construction in front of the building was at times noisy but we were advised of this prior to our stay. Unfortunately this tower may obstruct the great views going forward.

    Fabulous apartment with great views from the 11th floor where we stayed. Everything was clean, tidy, modern and hassle free. Its our third time staying there and I will happily recommend it. We were warned about possible building noise from the site next door, but it didn't bother us in the slightest - in fact was really interesting being able to see another high rise being built.

    Sadly, construction directly in front of the property (not what you envisage as next door) kicks off at 6am in the morning. There is no relaxing or enjoying the views from the balcony. We’ve stayed previously and are so disappointed with the money paid and what we are experiencing. The property itself is nice, rooms differ in cleanliness and furnishings as you’d expect but it is becoming run down. I would not stay here until construction is complete and then check you’re not looking into another building from your balcony. The staff particularly reception are amazing.

    Great location, within 150 mts a massive shopping mall, bus from the airport, local buses, surfers paradise tram that links with Brisbane train system. The apartment has everything to start a nice holiday, cooking facilities & everything you need. Within 350 mts the Broadbeach beachfront. Lots of eateries around the hotel & the place has sauna & swimming pool, and access to gym. We will stay here again
