Perfectly located at the heart of Surfers Paradise, 200 m from golden beaches, the apartment hotel is just a 5-minute drive to the Pacific Fair shopping centre, Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Robina town centre is approximately 9 km from the hotel and other nearby attractions include Kurrawa Beach (2.5 km), Sea World Resort (6 km), Currumbin Beach (15 km) and Movie World (15 km). Gold Coast Airport is roughly 30 km from the apartment hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 647 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Amazing accommodation for a family.Family of 4, stayed for 7 nights. Booked directly with Q1 and get discount. It's their low season so guess that's why we got a bargain. Booked 1 bedroom was upgraded to 2bedroom at check-in. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Amazing views! Big kitchen, washing machine, dryer (best dryer I've had at any hotel), large bathroom, large living area, undercover alfresco, all kitchen utensils provided, dishwashing n laundry detergent provided.Only downside was there's no housekeeping/ cleaning even for our whole 7day stay. Wasn't a problem though as they provide broom and vacuum. Went to reception to ask for change towels and top up of somethings and they provide it immediately.Hotel pool is outside and pool is not heated so kids couldn't really swim. Gym has adequate equipment.Great location, tram stop nearby but we didn't have to use it. Heart of Surfers paradise restaurants and beach only 5-10 min walk.Highly recommended and would love to come back! Raving about it to family and friends.

    Room was nice (although, would have liked to experience a higher level, with a view) Staff were friendly. As renovations were underway, there was a bit of congestion at the lifts and we had bins just outside outside room, which smelt a bit at times.

    The room is a decent size, but there’s 1 power point next to the bed, and one power point in the bathroom (located inside a draw). The ironing board was broken. The internet dropped out regularly, and the TV didn’t work.Location is handy, staff were accomodating.

    We recently stayed in a sub-penthouse at the Q1 to celebrate my partner’s milestone 50th birthday with the family, and it was absolutely spectacular.Upon arrival, the apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-presented. The resort facilities were absolutely spot on, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful, pleasant, and welcoming.But the absolute highlight has to be the views—they are truly to die for.During our stay, our outdoor plans were literally rained out, but the Q1 penthouse experience turned what could have been a disappointment into something magical. Watching the storms roll in, listening to the peaceful sound of the rain against the massive window panes, and witnessing breathtaking double rainbows over the coast made it feel like nature itself was putting on a show to celebrate with us.If you are looking for a place to host a special family milestone, the sub-penthouses here deliver an unforgettable backdrop, rain or shine. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

    I recently stayed at this property and had an overwhelming experience from start to finish. The hospitality and service standards were truly excellent, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable.The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the Gold Coast, with easy access to major attractions.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the Gold Coast.
