  Great visit to the Gold Coast. Qube in a good place for transport and restaurants.

  We met up at the Qube to celebrate my birthday, we had 3 apartments. Everyone was pleased with the apartment they stayed in, spacious, well furnished and enjoyed the views.The pool was loved by the grandchildren, adults enjoyed the spar.I did have a couple of issues in our apartment, the iron had obviously been damaged and replaced in the cupboard also the carpet was very stained.When I reported these the staff were very apologetic, said these things should have been seen by the cleaners,and set about rectifying everything.   Very poor experience, would not stay here again

  We booked a one-bedroom partial ocean view apartment at Qube Resort and paid extra for the view, having stayed here previously. Unfortunately, our apartment had no ocean view at all.We raised the issue with reception multiple times and were told to return when a manager was available. After three days when we finally spoke to the manager, we were advised the apartment is classified as “partial ocean view” by the owner, despite there being no visible ocean and there was nothing they could do.Disappointing experience and poor resolution. Based on this stay, paying extra for a “partial ocean view” is not worth it, as a view is clearly not guaranteed. The concern appears to relate more to the apartment being situated on a lower floor, which can naturally result in a more limited outlook compared to higher level apartments within the same category.As we were fully booked during your stay, unfortunately we were unable to offer an alternative apartment or move you to a higher floor. We do understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

  good value getaway

  We stayed for 3 nights in March, and overall really enjoyed our stay. The good: spacious apartment, well-equipped, clean, great views of the strip and ocean, close to cafes and restaurants. The pool, spa and common areas were also very good. The bad: external noise was an issue if windows open due to traffic and exhaust fans on neighbouring buildings. For 3 nights the noise was bearable, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. Perhaps on the higher floors it would be less of an issue (we were on floor 21 of 40).   Poor experience would never stay here again

  We stayed for 9 nights together with another family (6 people in total - 2 rooms). We left our stay feeling very disappointed and ripped off considering what we paid during peak season. Our 9 night stay is longer than most and the rooms we were allocated were the least desirable rooms. They call it level 5 but it is really level 1. There was no view and a tiny poky balcony. The type of room allocated would have been better for young families not adults.The crockery in the room added to the cheap experience with Kmart crockery.Considering the money and length of stay we expected a much better experience which detracted from the stay. When one of the members of our group spoke to the manager she refused to try and accommodate our needs.Even if she moved our room after a couple of nights this would have kept us happy but there was no attempt at trying to make us happy. I am sure this could have been accommodated.Whilst this property might suit some travellers, room allocation and attention to detail matter. In the flyer they give you on arrival they say your room will be cleaned after 8 nights. We stayed 9 nights and there was no clean!! This just added to our frustration.In addition to the really poor experience on arrival we were not offered beach towels. Given the location I would have thought this would have been a given that every guest is given pool towels. We stayed over xmas and there was nobody to hand out towels - so we were 2 days without beach/pool towels.Overall this ruined our holiday and I would never stay at this property again. She was verbally abusive and, upon departure, directed an offensive remark at the manager, including calling her a “b*tch.” This conduct was witnessed by staff and guests and was unacceptable.At no stage did staff refuse to engage respectfully or dismiss concerns. However, the manner in which the issues were raised made constructive discussion difficult. Our team is committed to providing professional service at all times, and we expect the same standard of respectful behaviour from guests.While we acknowledge that the guest was dissatisfied with aspects of their stay, a low floor, abusive and aggressive behaviour toward staff is never acceptable and will not influence room allocation decisions or operational policies.
