Situated on Queensland's glorious Gold Coast, this secluded and luxurious resort is bordered by a world-famous surfing beach and the idyllic Broadwater.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 399 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, satellite television, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Great resort for a family holiday.Bathrooms are getting tired but overall the place was clean, tidy and the service was pleasant

Great experience the kids loved it and would definitely return again .Value is good with the theme park package it’s a full three days of fun at the parks .5 star

Wonderful family place

It was a lovely 5 days away with family . Rooms, service, food and general atmosphere was just what we needed. Finding other places to eat other than hotel you needed to get a uber as nothing really close. Public transport - nearest stop about 20minute walk away with kids and then to get to the worlds it was over an hour and half away with changing buses half way. In hindsight ordering a car may have been better . Not much to do after dinner if you were an adult - music in front area or some entertainment maybe. All in all we had a great time

A resort that honestly puts customer service first!

Stayed here over the 2026 Easter School holidays and the staff were absolutely lovely - they were all inviting and friendly and they had some wonderful experiences happening for the kids around the resort including the East Bunny taking snaps with families. I found the staff really go over and above for their guests to make them happy and feel comfortable. If there is an issue they are quick to attend to it and find a resolution. The food in the buffet was delicious and as i am coeliac, they also offered if I would like the chef to make gluten free pancakes for me, which were delicious. Always hard to feel like you can eat safely at a buffet. I also had one of the buffet waitresses take me around the desert bar and go over the sections that were gluten free, which was helpful.
