    Check that your room is fully lockable.

    No longer a comfort hotel. I have stayed here a few times for work and it was reasonable. Under new management and I will not be returning. Room was clean and the hotel is central but the large sliding window was not lockable and could be easily slid open from the outside. Management did not seem to feel that was a problem.

    4.5 Very clean and modern. Would highly recommend anyone to book here. The room itself was very clean and also was the bathroom. The room was up to date and modern. Parking was ample and the restaurant was also pleasant. The cake/ dessert selection was good.

    Very clean tidy little room. Beautifully renovated bathroom. Lovely person on reception who seems to be running the place singlehanded. Perfect for a quick night on your travels. The restaurant is closed due to lack of staff which is really sad. Luckily it’s an easy walk to outstanding meals at grand central pub.

    Stayed in the Queen Room - very clean and cosy. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. However the best was yet to come! The motel restaurant was outstanding. The owner/manager managed to get us in it was very heavily booked. Service, food, the vibe was fabulous!

    Check in and check out is a slow process, but once someone turned up at the front desk you get quick service.. room was adequate and served it’s purpose, I wasn’t in Hamilton to stay in the room , but for the time I did spend at the motel, I found the room ok. big plus was the capacity and space to park my car trailer, this was very handy and a big tick to the motel. I liked the closeness of the motel to the shops.
