The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the holiday village include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     We stayed in two different rooms during our stay both equally comfortable, spacious,fresh and well equipped.Great location in the heart of everything to the front and the ocean to the rear, large car park at the back too.Reception is very welcoming and the staff were extremely help and efficient, looking after our luggage whilst we were on a Whitsunday trip.Would definitely recommend.

    Great location, compac, comfortable rooms. Daily cleaning staff very good. There was a small amount of noise on the village side but, it did not bother me, people enjoying themselves is good. The bus pick up was 5 minutes away, perfect for all the tours and airport transit bus. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation to all.     Central location, clean room, and helpful and friendly staff. We loved being close to all the food and entertainment. The balcony was a bonus as the room was not super spacious (but had all the amenities!). We had a street facing room with no noise issues. We usually stay at hotels with a pool, but the local "lagoon" was right next door and very accessible.     “Central” is the word for the Heart Hotel: it’s within walking distance to everything including the lagoon. Second to that, 5 star lux is on point - from the genuinely friendly staff, the daily room servicing, Appells toiletries, Nespresso pod top up, view to the ocean beyond the carpark, comfy bed, thick sun block out curtains and easy access to ‘The Deck’ resturant.
