    We loved the architecture of Buree number 2. Clean,modern,with a dishwasher (always a bonus!). Loved our little patio,where we ate breakfast every morning. Beautifully landscaped. Rachel and Jenny were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Eat at Saltwater next door to Foodworks. Delish!

    We had a warm welcome when we arrived and thr lady on reception gave us some great info about the island. We stayed in the superior Queen buree, it was decorated nicely and was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the pool was nice. We loved our outdoor seating area where we spent most mornings and evenings relaxing enjoying our meals where the resident curlew greeted every evening, what a lovely bird! It was nice and peaceful. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Maggie island and we absolutely loved our stay here on the island, I would recommend, thank you.

    Our bure had everything we needed - even a small dishwasher. The pool was great at the end of long hot days cycling and walking. Good location. My hubby left his wallet in the room, the cleaner handed it in and Rachel, the owner, freighted it back to Townsville on the ferry that day. What a life-saver!

    Annual holiday to Island Leisure and Maggie Island just love staying in this home away from home feel management and staff fantastic and treat all as special guests well maintained with a lovely pool and spotless easy walk to local shops - restaurants - cafes - even walkable from ferry dock however bus drivers are more then happy to drop off at the door the magic of Magnetic Island is it does keep drawing you back especially to this resort
