Location

This beach resort is located in Cannonvale, roughly 1 km from the centre of Airlie Beach, gateway to the alluring Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 160 single rooms and 160 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     We were part of the variety crew who bought a lot of money to your resort. We were disappointed by the attitude of your staff, especially when ordering coffee of a morning. We finally got to the front and the rude staff member shouted NO MORE COFFEE’S- let’s just say we went elsewhere. Maybe consider with large bookings that alcoholic drinks are charged at happy hour prices instead of the ridiculous resort prices. Food was ok but not the best, very slow to top up the buffet. 3 days without a room being made up or clean towels 🤢🤮 gross.Won’t be returning here in a hurry

    Easy trip from airport PPP. Very relaxed atmosphere and we arrived in the morning about 10am. Had a little wait for our room. So went to have a coffee in their restaurant. Met Jude who was the morning manager. For the rest of our stay being treated by Jude happy upbeat greeting and chat in the morning was a fantastic start to our day! She is a brilliant person to have in a hotel setting. Thanks Jude for making our stay

    The most dreadful hard beds

    I love Club Croc and have stayed here for years. Each visit I think I’m not coming back because the beds are so dreadfully hard, but I do. I stayed in room 357 this time and felt the bed was extra bad, it didn’t help the room wasn’t serviced during my 5 night stay. They changed their policy during covid regarding servicing rooms but 5 nights is ridiculous in my opinion these days!
