Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. WiFi (no extra charge) comes as standard in the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    This would have to be our favourite location on the entire east coast. Beautiful tropical location, spotless well appointed rooms, attentive friendly staff, walk to cafes and restaurant, all set in a botanical garden surrounding. Just ten out of ten in every way.

    Have just spent another four perfect days at the Resort. The perfect place to stay in Bowen. Superb rooms, two min walk to Horseshoe Bay for a swim and coffee. Highly recommended.     Our one bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable and all staff were very friendly. The resort grounds were very tidy with lots of open grassed areas to enjoy. We loved being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water, with a short walk to beaches, a great cafe and an awesome Thai restaurant. Night times were very quiet.     We had a great weekend at Whitsunday Sands, Horseshoe Bay staying in room 401. Ocean view, good balcony, very clean room, good sized bathroom.     We had a great weekend away, perfect location. Rooms were clean and good size. Pool was nice, the beach is just there so kids loved doing some fishing and swimming. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay here.
