  These people are very low in my estimation, we booked here for the day after the storms closed the great ocean road, I called them to say we would could not make it due to the road closure, we had decided on an alternative rout back to Adelaide we were told ok when I asked for a refund I was told flatly no, that there is alternative access to the place, and the road closure was not their problem.It’s a big shame in this day and age, that understanding and courtesy have got right out the window, and things that are morally wrong are financially right.If you are considering this place to stay? Do me a favour! Find somewhere more understanding.

  A quite place but very basic for the price

  The place was a couple block from the very busy Apollo bay thank god , nice room quite very clean older style great bed nice linen provided Great shower pressure The wifi was the worst ever, the TV reception was zero and had to be member of google to get it work, no coffee machine just very cheap sachets and as for the staff management no presence we arrived with a key in an enveloppe and that was it During 2 night stay we never got to see anyone but the cleaners

  Room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Bed comfortable, room clean. Friendly staff. Parking out front of the room, which is a plus. Walking distance to the main centre with lots of options for food & drink. Close to the beach.

  A great one night stay

  Such a nice motel away from the main road. We had a corner queen room and though a bit small it had everything we needed for a one night stay. Great air conditioner plus ceiling fan, comfy (but soft) queen sized bed, little table and 2 chairs to sit at plus an arm chair in the corner. The bathroom is a bit tight, sort of what I’d expect on a boat, but fit the bill. We walked 5 minutes to a grocery store and bought fruit, milk and cereal for breakfast. Dishes and cutlery in the cupboard, tea, coffee and milk in the room. Odd there is no microwave in the room. Lovely location, friendly owner with helpful suggestions for our drive along the Great Ocean Road. Very happy with our stay.   Nice cozy apartment with all necessary amenities for the weekend stay

  It was a pefect weekend stay with right level of comfort and distance from the beach and market/restaurant. We booked for 3 but we got a family room for 5 with full kitchenette. The front desk lady was very helpful with all the things we should plan for seeing and eating around. Room comes with all amenities we needed. The only downside would be the small room with bunkbed does not come with AC, so if it's a hot day/night - you are dependent on natural ventilation via window.
