    Excellent. Had everthing I needed. Very clean and roomy. Close to Town, Gardens and Train Station. I.GA. next door. Staff Friendly. Enjoyed my stay. Thankyou.

    The photos online make it look almost 5 star. IT IS NOT. It is a basic motel that doesn’t reflect the price expectation. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else would be my advice.

    We stayed there 5 days and was very disappointed with the lack of service from making the bed and cleaning the room, had vacuumed all the time we were there.There was dishes and cutlery and a tea towel but no dishwashing liquid had to go next door to IGA and buy our own. We checked in on 13 June and had to pay for accommodations up front and I know now why because once you stay there and see the service they give you and it is not satisfactory you can’t leave because you have paid up. We had to move rooms because they needed to paint ours, no help in moving. They might be doing repairs and renovations but they are painting over mould and it is discussing. Not enough parking for all the rooms. We actually had our bed remade on Tuesday first time since Friday. They gave us new towels etc. Also the toilet seat was loose had to be careful not to fall off mentioned to management they looked at it but did nothing to fix it. We are seniors and this was dangerous. Heating that is another issue it was in an alcove and had to put up to 28degrees to heat the room. Bed was comfortable and had extra blankets which was warm. They offered cold breakfast but didn’t take up went out to Cafe Lava in Lava Street just down from Aldi. The photos on the site are old ones with previous owners not these owners nothing like that now. We decided to leave a day earlier. Also it did not mention on the site that no house keeping is done. Alright for a night stop over but not for a couple of days. Very disappointed with this accommodation.

    Spotlessly clean, comfortable, protected from highway traffic, a very short walk to restaurants and a supermarket.You won't know it's there unless you look. I noticed that out of town tradies stayed there. If that’s not a recommendation, I don’t know what is.Thumbs up.

    We stayed here over the Easter weekend and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. We booked the place based on family recommendations but won’t be staying again. While the location is great - it’s very central and close to lots of amenities- and the one staff member we eventually found at reception was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing, especially given how expensive the stay was. I understand that it was over the Easter weekend, but the price was a steep price to pay for a tired bathroom and difficult parking. The reception was unmanned the entire time, making it difficult to get help or ask questions. Most frustratingly, after a full day out, we returned to find that our room hadn’t been serviced at all. No fresh towels, no bed made—nothing. For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics to be taken care of.Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience. Not worth the high cost for such minimal service.
