    Pubic hairs and blood stained doonas

    If you can look past the lack of cleanliness due to stray pubes and blood stained doona's (in-between clean sheets) and your not interested in watching tv in bed due to outdated tv with 3 channels, then I would recommend it, otherwise stay right away.We have stayed here previously when it was under different owners/management and it was fantastic, the same cant be said for this stay our first time since the change of ownership/ management, WE WONT BE BACK.     Misleading EV Charging Information

    I booked a room at Quest Portland specifically because the hotel advertises that it has an EV charger available for guests. Unfortunately, on arrival I discovered that the charger is a Tesla wall charger that appears to be restricted to Tesla vehicles only.As the owner of a Hyundai Ioniq 6, I was unable to use the charger and received a charging error each time I attempted to connect. There was no clear information provided at the time of booking, or in the hotel’s advertising, to indicate that the charger is maintained by Tesla and only available for Tesla owners.This was quite misleading, as the availability of EV charging was a key reason I chose to stay here. For non-Tesla EV drivers, this amenity is effectively unavailable.I would strongly encourage Quest Portland to update its listing and booking information to clearly state that the charger is Tesla-only, so other EV owners can make an informed decision before booking.     Where ever you go you can expect the same very good quality stay at these hotels. The bed was comfy, sheets and pillows were comfy and the rooms was very well kept clean and tidy.
