    Good and quiet location , comfortable beds , pleasant and friendly staff. Restaurant was roomy; menu had plenty of options. Efficient front office staff who were knowledgeable about local attractions; parking easy and plentiful

    I was so lucky to stay here for 3 nights and it was just wonderful. Such a great spot to have a reset and a bit of R n R. The staff are just wonderful every single person who works here is wonderful. My room was so beautiful, so clean, so comfy and just fabulous. Thank you all for a truly lovely lovely stay.     Great place to stay a night or a week, lovely staff nothing was a problem. Great bar and restaurant onsite, food was of a high standard. Rooms were spacious and clean. Close to a major shopping area. Cost was very reasonable a competitive rate to other places of the same quality in Newcastle Only down side was fridge being filled with so much mini bar stuff that no room for guests if required to keep anything cold.     I have been meaning to write this review as my family and i have been staying at the bestwestern appollo intenational charlestown for 3 and abit years now. Our stays have been varying from:surgeries at newcastle private, king st private and Lingard private hospital. The motel is central to these hospitals.Specialist appointments - once again central to the specialists.Getaway trips - the swimming pool is to die for and the temperature is always perfect for swimming or even relaxing. The motel is also situated close to kotara and charlestown shopping centers for retail theropyThe birth of our first born- my wife and i had to move 5.5 hours to Newcastle as my wife was a high risk pregancy from 35 weeks to 2 weeks after birth to be close to the john hunter hospital. Richard and the team were so accomidating and helpful during this long period away from home. The team made the motel feel like a home away from home.If you are wanting to stay 1 night or a few nights i highly recommend to put the appollo at the top of the list. The rooms are clean, fresh and the beds are amayzing and comfortable.The resturant also has amyazing staff and food. The breakfast menu is also a 10/10. Keep up the great work to the floor staff and the chefs of babbingtons bar and grill.     Excellent location… very convenient. Great staff. Reasonable gym and can improve. Comfy room and bed. Internet could be more stable and faster. Lots of parking. Would definitely come back if needed to.
