Attending members wine luncheon and Cypress Lakes has become our home away from home for our needs while in The Hunter. Spacious rooms, great facilities and genuinely friendly helpful staff.

Overall it was a good stay. Some kitchen items required cleaning prior to use. Rooms were clean and comfy and great value for a family visit.

    Hunter Valley Stay

    rating15 Sept 2026

We absolutely lovved our stay at Oaks Cypress Lakes. Our room was perfect for what we wanted and the view out onto the golf course was so lovely. The service and staff were always friendly and helpful and able to accommodate any of our little requests along the way. We used the pool and spa and tennis courts (only issue was the tennis rackets needed a little TLC) and the gym area was great too. Food in the bistro was always good, easy to book in for breakfast and dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks. The beautiful weather was an added bonus. Will definitely be back!!

    Wonderful stay.

We stayed here while in the area for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space for our group to get ready and relax. A personal highlight was the lovely morning walks around the beautiful resort grounds. Highly recommended!
