    3.5 out of 5Stayed at Territory Manor recently. It’s a bit run down, beds have seen better days but still okay overall. No cooking facilities in the room, has jug with tea and coffee. Camp kitchen has been taken down since last visit. Due to locals lock everything up.The pizza was actually really good 🍕The town has just been through flooding, so if you’re nearby, get out and support them where you can.

    We spent one night in this motel, or a zoo. Yes, we had a budget room, but spent a good portion of the evening chasing cockroaches of a considerable size. In the bathroom, in the room, they were everywhere. We didnt have a proper sleep, which is the fundamental function of a hotel/motel. Definitely woudl not stay there again and dont recommend that anyone else does.

    The rooms were very basic with no phone or internet. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not serviced, basics coffee and tea were not replenished.The menu in the evening was a series of strike off items with the selection being very basic and expensive. After the 1st night we eat at the Territory Homestead where there were 2 specials each night and a variety of other meals

    we stayed as a group in two rooms at the motel. the mattresses were in a very poor state and obviously needed replacing. they were so bad that you could feel the wooden base clearly which resulted in a terrible night's sleep for all. the staff were not particularly friendly and there was no breakfast available. will never stay here again or recommend it to others
