    Previously stayed here and had a great experience. Booked for this trip 2 rooms. Only booked 6 weeks ago. Turned up 6pm. Hungry tired kids ready to settle in and have dinner and bed. It’s all locked up. A note on the door. To call some other company who say tribeca has been liquidated and their number is there in case they can offer accomodation. However they were full. Last minute ring around lucky to find something available but so frustrating. Putting this here as a warning in case anyone who is reading has a booking. You don’t actually have a booking. Secure some other accommodation. So disappointed they have left people in this situation of turning up with no place to stay. Wouldn’t have been hard to email and say we are closing. You don’t have a booking anymore.

    Warning!! Tribeca serviced apartment have gone bankrupt, do not book any room on any website with these people!Arrived on the 5th from the UK, only to find out they went out of business 1 week before we arrived, 11pm outside apartment with nowhere to go...total nightmare!

    we were due to stay here in November. we tried to ring several thousand times and email. and ring booking .com to confirm things. No response from tribeca.. Then i read the reviews online and they were good. do research before bookinghave just heard the place went into liquidation.

    Not only was I not informed about the $200 bond, but it was not returned to me, even though they promised it would be as I left the room in immaculate condition. Very dishonest and disappointing. I keep trying to call them!!!

    Great location and reasonably priced, management was very accommodating as our flight was delayed 8hours, management allowed our Son who arrived on separate flight to check in on our behalf as our plane arrived 4 hours after office hours.
