    I throughly enjoyed my experience staying at Atura Hotel Eumemmerring.All the staff were amazing from front of house to catering staff and house keepers.     Good Location to visit our customers in Dandy South

    First time staying here and was convenient to get to our customers in the morning after a late check-in. Check in and check out on line was easy enough.Nicely appointed room with good lightning and bathroom facilities fine. Shower had decent pressure and water was hot.The bed was comfortable enough.We did not eat or drink here so cannot comment.     Beware of the Cancellation Policy - it is short on detail of how to cancel and when you need to the Hotel will not accept any communication to that effect their staff say its reservations are on a third party platform - Hotelbeds.com giving you an international phone number. In effect the Hotel takes no responsibility for cancellations and the client has very little redress for a refund.     Normally pay $189 with breakfast this time they wanted $330 with breakfast not sure why but i am a regular at the Atura could have stayed at the Hilton for that price, room was dusty, did not top up tea which has happened before, and charging $15 for parking is a bit rich Atura Dandenong, Guest Services / Front Office at Atura Dandenong, responded to this review Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Due to occupancy as most hotels our rates do fluctuate.     It is our second time staying here and it's excellent as always. Breakfast had gluten free options, and the staff were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and soft. No complaints about anything and I will definitely stay again.
